So as you can see from the picture he is already in the Al school of relaxedness, I think the only thing missing in the pic is a can of ale resting on his tum. I guess there is time for that though! It was amazing to see and it also helped me confirm that I have been feeling a boot from the boys feet and fists not weird gas. As the sonographer poked about my stomach getting all the measurements she needed Bean didn't like it much and hoofed me back!
So an exciting week, it was also our 8th anniversary this weekend so after the scan we mooched to the Swan for a drink (well one for me - a g'n't) and several for Al before we went to Fact to see Quantum of Solice and then for some tea at the Tavern in Queen Square. A lovely day courtesy of my boy :)
I'm smiley happy happy today and also a happy birthday to Lexy :)

Thankee hon :)
Heee, I've been checking your blog since yesterday waiting for the sonograph pic. Yay for blue bean! I bet you can't wait to meet him now! I couldn't wait for Princi to be born after I saw the 20 week scan.
Al's so excited but I keep reminding him to enjoy the peace and quiet now while he can hahahah! I'm taking every opportunity to read and relax and watch tv while I can coz I know I won't see any come April haha!
That you wont. And enjoy sleep as much as you can. Those first three months are tough! Unless your babs is like Melanie's Natty, who started sleeping right through the night from about 8 days...
Congrats on the completion, BTW. That's some stress off your shoulders :)
I'm voting for the Nathanial way then and a birth like my dads secretary who went to hosp and was 8cm, 2 hours later coughed and out popped her daughter! That works for me! ;)
As it's als tho it's bound to be awkward ha ha!
Thanks chick I feel MUCH relief now that is sorted and done. On to xmas now ha ha!
A very relaxed baby indeed. Sounds like you and Al has a lovely anniversary.
Was Quantum of Solice any good? I've never actually watched a bond film but Daniel Craig has lovely eyes, a funny face but lovely eyes!
Yeh I really enjoyed it. It's back to old skool bond like the Sean Connery type, it was action packed, not cheesey and fun and there is something mildly compelling about him!
