Hmmmm just started a personal 21 day challenge to eat healthier and generally try and kick start getting rid of that last bit of weight I don't need and to try and change my eating habits. Small is such a fast runner at the moment that I definitely need to be able to keep up.
So I have started a blog about that so as to keep this one free of boring food stuff and I plan on using that to vent my spleen on "whole packet of biscuit" days!
